Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned upon presentation of original invoice via post or courier, within 14 days of the date your delivery being received.
Change of mind returns via post will be at the customer’s cost.
For Items deemed to have a manufacturing fault you will be refunded or the item replaced.
For return of faulty items via post please contact Customer Service who may issue you a reply paid authorisation to return the item free of charge.
Note: Select quilts, under blankets and pillows carefully, as we do not offer an exchange on these items due to health reasons. This does not apply to a product that is faulty.Please be aware, once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed..
